FOUNDING STORY
History
Peter Johnson founded Vibrant IP in 2017 after building extensive experience across intellectual property strategy, patent brokerage, licensing, negotiation, and law.
His work as an executive, patent broker, licensed patent attorney, and intellectual property strategist provided a broad understanding of both the legal and commercial considerations involved in complex IP transactions.
Vibrant IP was established to give innovators and patent owners a more direct, focused path to market while helping them avoid costly mistakes through an experienced team and proven process. Instead of relying on passive listings, the company positions technologies, identifies potential partners, engages decision-makers, and supports transaction discussions.
That vision continues to illuminate Vibrant, combining IP expertise, transaction strategy, professional relationships, and focused execution to connect valuable technologies with organizations positioned to advance them.
